Is a shampoo/blow dry included in my service?
Yes, we still go through the full experience, regardless of the amount that is being cut off.
Do I need a consult if I know how my hair was colored?
Absolutely. Color formulas can vary depending on the brand of color, and it’s beneficial to both the stylist and you to clearly communicate and set expectations of your end result.
Is a trim still considered a full hair cut?

Cancellation & No Show Policies
We get it, things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us 24 hours in advance. A credit card will be required to book any appointments.
Wild Roots reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellations. A no-show and late cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the service. This balance must be paid in order to book future appointments. This Policy is in place to protect our stylists who work solely on commission.
